I am certainly no stranger to personal development seminars; this is far from my first rodeo.

At 15, I started my personal development journey by buying books and audio programs from Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy, and Grant Cardone.

I didn’t indulge myself in these teachings for fun. I had deep personal and medical reasons: suffering and pain.
The 13 years that followed have certainly presented a challenge as well.

I have never chosen the victim role. It’s not me. Challenges are a gift from the Universe; telling you, you can do more! Here are my presents for you.

Over the past ten years, I had the privilege to attend many personal development and business seminars, investing large sums of capital into my development.

After ten years, I can see so many parallels between the different speakers and information. I can see connections now that I didn’t realize existed before.

Some use a different way or story to portray their wisdom, but the essence is often the same.

This story is not a rant; It is the contrary.
I am incredibly grateful for these profound insides. So many of the concepts are ingrained into my system.
I use them daily for the advancement of myself and others.

One of the significant epiphanies during Tony Robbins UPW Virtual was that integration and action taking are the most critical steps.

You might say: Benno, are you serious? This is your fantastic epiphany?! But hear me out on this one;

In mastery, there is a well-known model of the three stages.
But unfortunately, many may never get past the second stage:
The first stage is a surface-level understanding of theoretical concepts.

The second stage of understanding is intellectual understanding or mastery.

The third stage of understanding is genuinely knowing; Deep intellectual understanding combined with the experience and feeling of getting it.

I would like to propose a fourth stage; Being able to play with concepts and ideas with your intellectual ability while simultaneously aligned with your deepest, feeling side of yourself; you may call it your soul.
These concepts might be a little abstract and vague to some, but I promise you, they are vital.

I have dedicated a big part of my life so far to the intellectual mastery of personal development and business strategies. Not just in the broad sense but also depth sense. I am now adding more and more wisdom, philosophy, and spirituality to that.

I am now on this new road to self-discovery; After practicing meditation and uncovering my deepest limiting beliefs over the past few years, I have realized that I once was a character-driven by external forces and expectations. Since then, I have been discovering my true self.

I am detached from ego, limiting beliefs, external expectations, and superficial goals planted in my brain by society.

It is an exciting process, and I love that I can finally embrace my authenticity and strengths.

But I now feel aligned with the Universe. I rediscovered a life force within that was absent for some time now.

There is only one you. Acknowledge that, nurture that. Be all you can be and give your unique gift to this world.

All the best,
Benno
