The most beautiful thing I’ve witnessed is our human strength
Especially those who are wronged and oppressed.

In the past, I felt confused. How can those who are wronged so much possess so much strength within?

The human nature to endure, thrive and become selfless is humbling.

I’ve had times in the past two years where I saw the glass half empty with everything going on in our world.

The polarization in politics, media, internet.
But instead of fear, I now feel hopeful, despite many signals.

Hopeful that ultimately, people will come together.
Once we realize we are not so different after all

We will bridge our differences and realize we are not each other’s enemy.
The enemies are those who try to polarize and divide us.

This year I am finally deciding to become all I can be

I want the embrace my inner passion and inner artist, it is dying to get out and explore the world in all of its facets.

I have struggled with grief, pain, loss, and depression in the last few years.

But I now see clearly it was all a gift. Life is not happening to you; life is happening for you.

Getting to know beautiful souls and the pain from losing them pushes me to accept that human experiences are transient in nature.

We should strive to become all that we can be. Be the change and leave this place the best way you see fit.

Namaste,

Benno
